Sarah + Tim are two of the loveliest people you will ever meet. They are both generous, kindhearted and have a contagious love for life. Sarah’s attention to detail while planning her wedding was such a treat. Every element of their day reflected their love. Unique features included the coffee bar (they LOVE coffee), handmade favours, special dessert stations and many more details you will see below.
S+T’s intimate wedding took place in May at the Alton Mill Arts Centre. I love this space. It allows for an outdoor tent style wedding with all the perks of an existing venue. The ceremony was hosted in the main gallery space, cocktail hour in the lower level and dinner under a beautiful tent in the Annex. Guests were encouraged to explore the venue with many local artisans work on display.
Earthtone colours were selected to highlight the existing charm of the space. Snowberry Botanicals was the perfect florist for the occasion. The organic aesthetic featuring potted plants, olive sprigs, lavender and lush bouquets were the highlights of her work. Soft candlelight and edison lighting created an intimate dining experience under the tent. Following dinner guests were invited back into the venue to dance the night away.
